the location allowed easy access to main attractions with two water bus stops nearby the complimentary drinks in my room included beer, coke, and water i also enjoyed the coffee machine and selection of toiletries provided i found the breakfast offered both cooked and continental options to be good.
the elevator was small it could only accommodate one person at a time luggage required multiple trips.

The room was spacious and clean. i found the supplied toiletries, including shower gel, soap, and slippers, useful. the breakfast offered a good cooked and continental selection. complimentary drinks, such as beer, coke, and water, were available in the room's minibar. I appreciated this.
The lift to the upper floors was quite small. This caused some minor inconvenience.

our room was large enough for everyone it was the accademia room this was good as we had two young kids. bag storage was useful so we could explore before our evening departure i was happy to have that.
the front desk is on the third floor i could get there by stairs or a small elevator this elevator seemed better for luggage. the first room i was offered was up two flights with no elevator the air conditioning did not work. i had to push to get another room
